Reflexed Buyer Protection promises a refund when your camera gear never arrives, arrives damaged, or differs from the listing. Report within 7 days of delivery and we will take care of the outcome.
Most shipments land safely and match expectations. On the rare occasion they do not, Reflexed Buyer Protection is your backstop.
Covered returns use a Reflexed issued label. Refunds are sent to the original payment method within 2 business days after the return shows delivered or on an approved no-return.
Most problems resolve directly with the seller under their posted return policy. When you reach out or open a refund request, include clear photos or video and keep every message inside Reflexed.
If the seller has not responded after 24 hours or you cannot reach an agreement, contact Support. Add photos of any damage and a repair quote when relevant.
We review the order details, coordinate with the seller, and let you know if anything else is needed to finish your refund.
Eligibility requires that payment and shipment both occur on Reflexed. Report problems within 7 days of the carrier marking the package delivered, or within 14 days of the latest expected delivery date if the package does not arrive.
Orders that meet these criteria and are reported on time fall within Reflexed Buyer Protection. Some sellers allow longer return windows. Check the return policy on the listing for details.
