Reflexed Buyer Protection promises a refund when your camera gear never arrives, arrives damaged, or differs from the listing. Report within 7 days of delivery and we will take care of the outcome.

Most shipments land safely and match expectations. On the rare occasion they do not, Reflexed Buyer Protection is your backstop.

How resolution works

Covered returns use a Reflexed issued label. Refunds are sent to the original payment method within 2 business days after the return shows delivered or on an approved no-return.

Message the seller within 7 days of delivery

Most problems resolve directly with the seller under their posted return policy. When you reach out or open a refund request, include clear photos or video and keep every message inside Reflexed.

Step 2

Contact Reflexed Support

If the seller has not responded after 24 hours or you cannot reach an agreement, contact Support. Add photos of any damage and a repair quote when relevant.

We review the order details, coordinate with the seller, and let you know if anything else is needed to finish your refund.

What Reflexed Buyer Protection covers

Eligibility requires that payment and shipment both occur on Reflexed. Report problems within 7 days of the carrier marking the package delivered, or within 14 days of the latest expected delivery date if the package does not arrive.

  • Carrier declared loss or no delivery after the latest ETA
  • Misdelivery to the wrong address on the label
  • Damage in transit documented during unboxing
  • Wrong item received or counterfeit or authenticity failure
  • Missing accessories or components promised in the listing
  • Materially not as described
  • Dead on arrival within 48 hours

Orders that meet these criteria and are reported on time fall within Reflexed Buyer Protection. Some sellers allow longer return windows. Check the return policy on the listing for details.

What Reflexed Buyer Protection does not cover

The following are outside the program. For complete terms, review the Reflexed Purchase Protection policy.

  • Problems reported after 7 days from delivery, or after 14 days of the expected delivery date for non-delivery
  • Transactions that occur off platform
  • Addressing or forwarding done by the buyer, including forwarded or re-shipped packages
  • Transit delays without loss or damage
  • Change-of-mind returns that fall outside the seller policy
  • Items listed as "For parts" or "Not working," or wear that matches the stated condition grade
  • Items altered after delivery, including firmware changes
  • Claims filed without required evidence
  • Theft after the carrier shows delivery to the order address
